An Action

Sitting at the table for a poor supper alone,
I put my hands together before my chest.
My shoulders and elbows are quite at the natural place.
My neck gets stable of itself.

Drawing in my chin
with my eyelevel horizon and
my backbones vertical,
I close my eyes.

Selflessness.

A brief action
towards the ultimate naught.
