Nature’s Seduction

Rising up in the morning to the Sun lit sky,
silver clouds dotting shades of endless blue,
filled with questions without answers to why,
each day of life is a miracle with starting anew.

A whisper in the wind creating a gentle sound,
the Sun’s warmth embracing the young and old,
scenic magnificence of nature is seen all around,
before our eyes it’s bold presence there to behold.

The complexity of nature held in a simple existence,
with evergreen trees standing erect and ever so tall,
nature’s struggle to survive achieved by persistence,
each and everyday, Winter to Spring, Summer to Fall.

Up in the high forest a magical presence fills the air,
the moss covers the ground, so soft beneath your feet,
a light white cloud of fog fills the air for all to share,
a majestic plateau where one’s spirit and soul meet.

An inner peace overwhelms ones body and mind,
captured by the seductive essence of nature’s being,
you truly experience nature absent of passing time.
where peace and tranquility are felt without fleeing.
